Jenifer Lynn Ashley, age 43, born in Warrick, Rhode Island and resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed onto eternal life on May 25, 2019. Jenifer will be dearly missed by all who knew and survived her, especially her beloved parents, Charles and Doris Ashley of Pewaukee, Wisconsin; her loving partner Art Kozlowski, of Pewaukee Wisconsin; her two fur babies, dogs, Belle and Shannon; her family in Colorado Springs and Rhode Island, as well as many friends. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Joseph and Noella Parent, whom she loved dearly and great-grandmother, Alice Caron as well as her 3 Shi Tzus puppies, Hanna, Oreo and Cali.
Jenifer lived in or near Milwaukee most of her life. She spent some time away in Hawaii and in England when not living in the continental US. In December of 2014, she relocated to Colorado Springs Colorado. Jenifer had many interests including her huge love for dogs. She was a passionate lover of the outdoors and always sought time outside. She loved the beach and had great memories of the many trips she took to Alabama, and Florida to experience the ocean air and waves. In the Midwest, Jenifer was an avid lover of the water as well fishing many of the inland lakes, Lake Michigan, and Canada. Along with fishing, Jenifer took up camping later in life to be able to enjoy the outdoors in the Midwest. When Jenifer relocated to Colorado, her passion for the outdoors only increased. The mountains were a strong draw and got her to hike all over the state. Many miles of trails were a great source of enjoyment and peace for her. The travel bug lived in her all her life. Along with seeing as much of Colorado as she could, Jenifer spent every opportunity she could traveling the US with her longtime boyfriend.
A visitation will be Saturday June 22nd from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. with a memorial service starting at 5:00 p.m. at Bread of Life Church, 214 Grove Street, Dousman, WI 53118. BOLCEC.ORG
