Alexander Arthur Medina

Alexander Arthur Medina “Alex”, 62, of Albuquerque NM, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 25, 2023. He was the eldest of 5 children born to Arthur and Beatriz Medina, on Thursday, June 9, 1960, in Los Angeles, California. Alex is survived by his wife Frances, of 31 years, in total they shared a life together for 43 years. He is also survived by his daughter, Brenda Alexis Medina; sister Elaine Whitaker and husband Robert; brother Steven Medina and Loretta; sister Christina Padilla and husband Donald; brother Laurence Medina; brother-in-law Herman Padilla, sister-in-law Patsy Lerma and husband Ruben; 9 nieces; 4 nephews; 7 great-nieces and 15 great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Beatriz Medina; sister-in-law Charlotte Padilla and two nephews; Isaac Padilla and Adam Lerma. Pallbearers will be Herman Padilla, Robert Whitaker, Donald Padilla, Steven Medina, Laurence Medina and Anthony Gomez. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Christian service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Antonio Aragon presiding. A Celebration of Life reception will follow at the Plex, all to take place at Calvary Church at 4001 Osuna Rd. NE, Albuquerque NM, 87109.
