Alexis is survived by her mother, Natalie Alcala; siblings, Jazmine Lopez, Espe Ruiz and Miguel Ruiz Jr.; grandparents, Roberta Hermosillo, Ron Alcala and Elisa Torres ; great-grandmother, Theresa LaBerg; godson, Anthony Martinez; along with many aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family and Friends.
