Anita Gallegos

Anita Gallegos, age 83, born in Wellington, Kansas and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 27, 2025. Anita is survived by her children, Carlos Gallegos Jr. and wife, Sylvia, Patricia Mason, Eddie Gallegos, Cindy Serna and husband, Paul, Robert Gallegos, Jennifer Mulay and husband, Joseph, Tony Gallegos and wife, Jessica, and Laura Montoya and husband, Andrew; thirty-one grandchildren, fifty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Antonia Camero, Albino Perez; half-siblings, Carolyn Vargas, Patricia Childress, Margie Brown, Linda Caudillo, Domingo Perez Jr., and Josephine Seyfert; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Jacobo Gallegos; parents, Domingo and Guadalupe Perez; daughter, Laura Anna Mosqueda; granddaughter, Michelle Marie Mosqueda; sisters, Mary Perez-Vega and Ramona Abasolo and brother, Johnny Perez. Visitation will be held in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Patricia Muniz Roberts. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025, in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel at 10:00 a.m.
