Anita Jo Montoya

Anita Jo Montoya, age 87, born in Cuba, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on March 19, 2023. Anita Jo is survived by her sons. Leonardo Flores, Lorenzo Flores and wife, Gwen; two sisters, Margarita Montoya, Magdalena Giffen and husband, Bill; brother, Fermin Montoya and wife, Michelle; five grandchildren, Joshua, Julian, Cassandra, Codi, and Mya; one great-grandson, Elias; nieces, Anna Garcia Javier and husband, Elmer, Rebecca Rosales, and Deanna Armijo; nephew, David Garcia and wife, Victoria; many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church 562 Atrisco Dr. SW on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 10:00a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m. by Valentino Saiz. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00a.m. by Father Patrick. Burial will follow the Mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be Julie Montoya, Cassandra Sanchez, Ted Rosales, Isaiah Rosales, Elva Munoz, and Maria Duarte.
