CHAVEZ, ANTONIO (TONY)----age 83, born in Tajique, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014.  Mr. Chavez is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Piedad; children, Tony Chavez, Dean Chavez and wife, Yolanda, Rosalie Zamora and husband, Tom, David Chavez and wife, Nancy, Richard Castillo and wife, Christine, Freddie Castillo and wife, Terry, Mary Lou Vallejos, Gerald Castillo and wife, Rosemarie; brother, Jimmy Chavez and Lorraine; forty grandchildren; forty-eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mr. Chavez was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, serving during the Korean Conflict. A Committal Service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, Thursday, December 4, 2014.
