Apolonio Armijo

Apolonio Leopoldo Armijo, Leo also known as “Zapata” age 89, born in Encino, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 27, 2021.  Mr. Armijo is survived by his wife of sixty years, Rachel Garcia Armijo; children, Rebecca Aguirre, Danny Padilla and wife Mary Lou, Diana Lopez, Johanna Castillo, Rosanne Armijo and husband Mike Sanchez, Jennifer Armijo; Sister, Margaret McCormick; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Armijo preceded in death by his son Leo David Armijo Jr., and son-in-law Freddie J. Lopez. Services for Mr. Armijo are pending.
