Arthur Montoya (Arthuro) born on January 23, 1936. A lifelong resident. Passed away on September 21, 2026. He was born and raised in Escobosa, New Mexico then moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. He served in the National Guard. Arthur is survived by his niece Martha Montoya Vargas and cousins Sally, Juanita, Irene, Bertha and Paul Montoya. He was preceded in death by his sisters Isabel Montoya, Flora Jaramillo, and brothers Andres Montoya, Candido Montoya and many nieces and nephews.
