Arturo Gutierrez

Arturo Gutierrez, age 93, born in Peralta, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on June 28, 2023. Arturo is survived by his children, Elsie Saenz and husband, Steve, Kathy Montoya and husband David, Art Gutierrez and wife, Brenda Garcia-Gutierrez, John Gutierrez, Patricia Flores and husband, Paul, Roberta Gutierrez, and girls; fourteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren, and one great-great- grandchild; one brother, George Gutierrez. He was preceded in death by his wife, Petrita, and great-grandchildren, Shambrae Garcia and Mia Saenz Baca. Mr. Gutierrez served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church 562 Atrisco Dr. SW at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, with a Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00a.m. Interment will follow the services with Military Honors at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Stephen Saenz, Gabriel Montoya, Arturo Gutierrez, Christopher Flores, Erica Gutierrez, and David Vallez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Joshua Vallez and Brandon Becerra.
