Bessie Rivera

Bessie (Vigil) Rivera, age 77, born in Guadalupita, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on August 3, 2022. Bessie is survived by her husband of fifty-seven years, Angel Rivera; children, Rod Rivera and wife, Michelle, Art Rivera and wife, Jennifer, Steve Rivera and wife, Angelee; grandchildren, Nichole, Matt and wife, Carissa, Justin, Kodi, Miranda, Dax, and Jacob; great-grandchildren, Nik, Aria, Brody, Quinn, Baylen, Jack, Gema, Memphis, Stormi, and Jett; siblings, Pat Vigil, Geri Vigil, Ken Vigil and wife, Victoria, Velma Vigil and husband, Edward, Jakki Lennon and husband, Kerry; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Bessie was preceded in death by her parents, Arturo and Cordelia Vigil, and brother Ray. A Visitation will take place Friday, August 12, 2022 at 9:30am with a Mass to follow at 10:00am all to be held at Church of the Ascension 2150 Raymac Rd. S.W. with burial to take place at Pajarito Cemetery.
