Billy Joe Whitten, age 32, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on September 19, 2025. Billy is survived by his mother, Joyce Whitten; sisters, Destiny Freelong, and Angel Garcia; brother, Cesario Garcia, father, Francisco Fraire; brother-in-law, Matthew Baker; nieces, Symphany Baker, Melody Baker and Sunshine Baker; stepdad, Cesario Garcia Sr.; uncle, Steve Whitten; several cousins, friends and extended family members. A visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025, in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Memorial Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Michael Romero presiding.
