Caesar "Pepe" Otero

Caesar “Pepe” Otero, age 84, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on June 4, 2026. Caesar is survived by his children, Andrew R. Otero and wife, Judy, Viktor G. Otero, Michael R. Otero and wife Veronica, Denise M. Morgan and husband, Dan, Virginia T. Otero, Marteena Martinez and husband, Mario, Richard Armijo and wife, Donna, Caesar Jacob Barboa; siblings, Johnny Quintana, Joe Quintana and wife, Gloria, Miquella Barboa; eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by, his son, Reuben R. Otero; beloved wife, Rebecca Otero, Molly Otero and Karen Otero; sisters, Eloisa Barboa and, Mickey Turrietta. A Visitation will be held on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel located at 1000 Old Coors Drive SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87121. A Final Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. with a Mass to follow at 9:00 a.m. to be held at St. Joseph’s on the Rio Grande Catholic Church 5901 St. Josephs Dr. NW with burial to follow services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Nathan Otero, Doshua Molina, Brandon Morgan, Robert Armijo, Carlos Armijo, Daniel Martinez. Honorary Pallbearer will be Danny Morgan.
