PAIZ, CLEO R., age 72, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on January 4, 2014. Mrs. Paiz is survived by her beloved husband of fifty-six years, Ernest; children, Rebecca Lucero and fiance, Jerry Kennedy, Ernest (Richie) Paiz and fiancee, Dora Valdez, Rose Hrubienski and husband, Patrick, John Paiz and fiancee, Frances Gutierrez, Mary Frances Davis and husband, Lawrence; sister, Patricia Prieto; brother, Raymond Borquez; fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brothers in law and sisters in law, Frank Paiz and wife, Emma and Julian Paiz and wife, Gloria; many other extended family members. Cleo will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be Thursday, January 9, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment of cremains will follow at Pajarito Cemetery.
