Debra Lou Garcia, resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Debra is survived by her siblings, Rufilo Garcia, Cleo Garcia, Patricia Garcia and Ciprina E. Garcia; and many grandchildren. Debra was preceded in death by her son, Robert Garcia and her daughter, Emily P. Garcia.
