Donald Louis Dunworth

Donald Louis Dunworth, age 71, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed September 23, 2026. Mr. Dunworth is survived by his wife of Forty years, Terry Dunworth.

We are so grateful for all the wonderful memories we shared with you. Thank you for serving your country in the Navy. Your willingness to join showed just how strong you were. We really loved camping and fishing together. Even when we were too noisy to catch anything, you always kept smiling. We will remember all those bowling trips-the strikes, the spares, and all our gutter balls. You were always happy to give us tips on our form. You were such a huge Chiefs fan, and we will still talk about the game you and Toby went to, from the lousy hotel to the freezing weather; at least your team won. I am so glad you got to see them beat the Colts in overtime, 33-30, even while you were in the hospital. Ryleigh says she is going to keep cheering for them. We are definitely going to miss having you around.
Colton said he misses you walking into his room just to tell him you loved him. I will certainly miss the playful banter between you and Mom. The two of you truly loved each other very much, and I am deeply grateful to have been raised in such a loving home.
Colton and Ryleigh were so lucky to have you as a grandfather, and it was a true privilege to have you as a father; you are so deeply loved and missed by all of us. He is survived by his spouse, Terry Dunworth; his children, Aaron (Melissa) Dunworth and Lori (Tobias) Arnett; and his grandchildren, AnneMarie, Colton, Ryleigh. Donald was preceded in death by his parents and grandchild Nikolai.
