Edward Garcia

Edward (Ed) Garcia, age 63, and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on December 21, 2020.  Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Pearl; daughters, Savanna Valenzuela and husband, Michael, Nicole Lovato and husband, Shane; father, Eduardo Garcia; sister Teresa Garcia and Martin Lind; Grandchildren, Little Michael and Mikaela Valenzuela, Antonio, Lariano, and Luciano Lovato; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and  friends.  Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his mother Lucy (Urtiaga) Garcia. Mr. Garcia served Albuquerque proudly as a Fleet Manager of the Albuquerque Fire Department. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Ascension 2150 Raymac Rd. SW.  Interment will follow Mass at Pajarito Cemetery.
