Edward Phillip Vallez

Edward “Tewas” Phillip Vallez age 88, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 27, 2023. Eddie is survived by his wife of almost fifty years, Margaret Fernandez-Vallez; son, Edward Vallez Jr.; stepson, James Garcia; sisters, Becky Benavidez and, Lydia Flores; his grandchildren; Edward Vallez lll, Trisha Vallez, Valerie Vallez, Lori Vallez, Paulette Padilla, Christian Thomas, Shawn Ural, Johanna Chavez; Godsons, Charles Aragon, and Jonathan Garcia; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and several extended family members, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Ricardo and Rachel Vallez; brothers, Juan Vallez, Ernest Vallez, Thomas Vallez; daughters, Barbara Vallez, Charlotte Vallez and Carla Vallez. Eddie was co-founder of the Classic Cruisers Car Club and loved his motorcycles. He especially loved sporting his Cadillac. He always said ,”I’m a Cadillac Man”. Visitation will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 17, 2023, in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Memorial Service to commence at 12:00p.m. Interment will follow the service at the Envangelico Cemetery on Blake Rd. SW Pastor Joe Williams of Victory Outreach will preside.
