Eloy Gutierrez

Eloy Gutierrez, age 86, born in Polvadera, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on July 20, 2023. Mr. Gutierrez is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Maria Elena Gutierrez; children, Ernest Gutierrez and wife, Victoria, and Michael Gutierrez; grandchildren, Jessica, David, Edward, and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Alex, Trinity, Liam, and Lilly; brother, John Gutierrez and wife, Theresa; sister, Priscilla Hayes; sister in-law, Chris Gutierrez. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy Gutierrez, and Bobby Gutierrez. Mr. Gutierrez served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Visitation will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church 1400 Arenal Rd. SW on Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 7:45a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 8:15 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow the services with military honors at Fairview Memorial Cemetery 700 Yale Blvd SE. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Jessica Gutierrez, David Gutierrez, Edward Gutierrez, Matthew Gutierrez, and Ryan Gutierrez.
