Felix S. Gabaldon, age 88, born in Los Chavez, New Mexico, and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015. Mr. Gabaldon is survived by his wife, of sixty-seven years, Celina; sister, Lucy Aragon; brother, Abel Gabaldon; sisters in law, Theresa Maestas, and Aurora Sanchez; brother in law, Raymond Sanchez and wife, Annie; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Felix and his wife, Celina were the owners of the Taco Sal Restaurant from 1960 until 1985, (Hi, Doll). Mr. Gabaldon was a member of the Catholic Church and a Veteran of the United States Army, serving during World War ll. Visitation will be Monday, June 29, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at the Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11404 Indian School Rd N.E. A Committal Service will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.
