Torres and partner, Sylvia Jacquez; mother of his daughter, Cynthia Nieto; siblings, Ignacio Torres and wife, Carmen Ortiz, Lucia Torres and husband, Ramon Escarcega, Yvonne Iturralde and husband, Ramon, Nicasio Torres and Veronica Zapata, Ysenia Torres and husband, Isidro Alvarez; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fortunato and Ofelia Torres, sister, Manuela Hernandez and husband, Humberto. Services for Fidel are pending.
