Gloria Griego

Gloria Griego, age 86, born in Dixon, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on July 19, 2025. Gloria is survived by her children, Leo Griego Jr., and wife, Henrietta, Harry Griego and wife, Leslie, Robert Griego, Michael Griego and wife, Beatriz, Sylvia Griego Beeler, John Griego and wife, Patricia, twenty-one grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Izela Martinez, Eleanor Sanchez, Edward George, Genivieve Ramirez, Nelson George, and George George; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Griego Sr., and son, Lewis Griego. A Rosary for Mrs. Griego will be recited on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church 5712 Paradise Blvd NW. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 10:00a.m. also at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church with interment to follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery 501 N. Gudalupe St. in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she will be laid to rest with her husband, Leo Griego Sr. Pallbearers will be, Leo Griego, Harry Griego, Robert Griego, Michael Griego, John Griego, and Paul Griego.
