Gloria Trujillo

Gloria Esperanza (Sanchez) Trujillo, age 95, and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on December 13, 2020. Mrs. Trujillo is survived by her son, Alex and wife, Cynthia; sister, Mary Fuentes and husband, Peter; one grandson, Estevan Trujillo and wife, Monica; four great-grandchildren, Isabella, Haileigh, Elisha, and Emily Trujillo; nieces and nephews, Paulette Chavez, Wilfred Vallez, Rodney Fuentes, Edward Fuentes, Darlene Jasler, Orlando Sanchez, Geraldine Garcia, Theresa Sanchez-Moya; many great-nieces, great-nephews, and dear friends; beloved caregiver, Melanie Tapia. Mrs. Trujillo was preceded in death by her husband, John Trujillo; parents, Abel and Mae Sanchez; brothers, Abel Jr. and Orlando Sanchez. A visitation will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2020 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Patrick on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church 542 Atrisco Dr. S.W. Interment will follow Mass at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:15 a.m. where Mrs. Trujillo will be laid to rest with her husband John, 501 N. Guadalupe St. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Peter Fuentes, Wilfred Valles, Rodney Fuentes, Edward Fuentes, Bob Olivas, Enrique Chavez, Fred Chavez.
