Nuestra hermosa madre, Guadalupe Alvidrez fallecio el di deis, de Agosto a la edad de sesenta y dos años. Nos deja un legado de calidez, risas y recuerdos inolvidables. Nacida en Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, el viente de febrero de 1964. Ama vivio una vida llena de alegria y proposito. Como madre, fue nuestra ancla; siempre dispuesta a escuchamos, a ofrecernos una comida caliente y un apoyo incondicional. Su hogar siempre fue, un lugar acogedor para todos, lleno do la musica de sus risas. Su major Felicidad era bailar con su esposo, Fernando Alvidres. Le sobreviven sus mayores orgullos; sus hijos, Fernando Adrian Alvidres, Ivan Alvidrez y Fabian Alvidrez; y sus doce nietos, quienes carinosamente la llamaban Ama. Tambien le sobreviven sus hermanos, Antonio Serna, Arturo Serna, Maria de Jesus Serna Delgado y Alfonso “Poncho” Serna; asi como innumerables y queridos amigos. Se une en el descanso eterno a sus padres, Alfonso Serna y Graciela Eloisa Serna, y su Hermano, David Serna. Se invita a familiares y amigos a reunirse para recordar y compartir historias de Ama el Vernes, 14 de agosto a las 6:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. para un visitacion. El Sabado, 15 de agusto abra una visitacion final a las 10:30 a.m. con un Servico a segir at las 11:00 a.m. todo se llevara acabo en la capilla conmemorativa Gabaldon, ubicado en 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW. Albuquerque, NM 87121. Santa sepultura se llevara acabo en el panteon de Sunset ubicado en 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
Our beautiful mother, Guadalupe Alvidrez, passed away on August 10, at the age of 62. She leaves us a legacy of warmth, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico, on February 20, 1964, Ama lived a life full of joy and purpose. As a mother, she was our anchor; always willing to listen, offer us a hot meal, and provide unconditional support. Her home was always a welcoming place for everyone, full of the music of her laughter. Her greatest happiness was dancing with her husband, Fernando Alvidrez. She is survived by her greatest pride; her children, Fernando Adrian Alvidrez, Ivan Alvidrez, and Fabian Alvidrez; and her twelve grandchildren, who affectionately called her Ama. She is also survived by her siblings, Antonio Serna, Arturo Serna, Maria de Jesus Serna Delgado, and Alfonso “Poncho” Serna; as well as countless beloved friends. She joins eternal rest with her parents, Alfonso Serna and Graciela Eloisa Serna, and brother, David Serna. Family and friends are invited to get together to remember and share stories of Ama on Friday, August 14, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. for a visitation. A Final Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. with a Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. all will take place in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel located at 1000 Old Coors Drive SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121. A Burial will follow the service to Sunset Memorial Park located at 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
