Isaac Candelaria

Isaac Samuel Candelaria, age 26, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, June  27, 2019.  Isaac is survived by his mother, Christine Schreck and husband, Michael; sisters, Louise Means, Christine Jaramillo & Isaac Romero; brothers, Federico Lujan, Abraham Candelaria and wife, Kristyna, Michael Schreck and Kayla Rutledge, Jacob Candelaria and Fiancee, Brittany Benavidez, Alex Schreck and Emily Rutledge; grandparents, Orlando A. Sanchez, Arabella Sanchez; nieces and nephews, Victoria, Timothy, Conner, Malachi, Jayden, Cienna, Maverick, Arjay, Alyiha, K’lani, Orlando, Hayleigh, Brooke, Aubrey, Robert, Kristen and  Ryan; Aunt Theresa: cousins, Geraldine & Matthew Cummings and Juan Carlos,  and several extended family members and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, July 8, 2019 from 3:30p.m. until 4:00p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Drive SW, Albuquerque, NM. 87121, with a Christian Memorial service to be held at 4:00p.m.  A private Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date.
