It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jesus Valdez, who left this world far too soon at the age of 18.

Jesus was more than just a son and brother—he was a light in the lives of all who knew him. Born with a heart full of love and a spirit full of joy, he brought laughter, kindness, and warmth wherever he went. Known for his quick wit and playful sense of humor, Jesus was the kind of person who could make anyone smile, even on their worst days. A true jokester, his laughter was contagious, and his presence unforgettable.

What made Jesus truly special was not just his ability to bring joy, but his incredible heart. He carried himself with a level of respect and humility beyond his years. Always saying "yes ma’am" and "yes sir," he treated everyone with kindness and dignity, no matter who they were.

Jesus dreamed big—but not for himself. His greatest wish was to work hard and provide for the person he loved most: his mom. He often spoke of wanting to earn enough money so she could rest; to ease the weight she carried on her shoulders. Everything he wanted in life was rooted in love and sacrifice for his family.

He was a dedicated brother, a loving son, and a loyal friend. In every role he played, Jesus gave his all—selflessly, wholeheartedly, and without hesitation.

Though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Jesus Valdez was a blessing, and the world is a little dimmer without his light.

He is survived by his loving mother, siblings, extended family, and many friends who will cherish his memory forever.

Rest easy, Jesus. Your heart was pure, your love was deep, and your spirit will never be forgotten.

Jesús fue más que un hijo y un hermano: fue una luz en la vida de todos los que lo conocieron. Nacido con un corazón lleno de amor y un espíritu lleno de alegría, llevaba risa, amabilidad y calidez a dondequiera que iba. Conocido por su ingenio y su ingenioso sentido del humor, Jesús era el tipo de persona que podía hacer sonreír a cualquiera, incluso en sus peores días. Un verdadero bromista, su risa era contagiosa y su presencia inolvidable.
