Joe Louis Benavides

Joe Louis Benavides, age 89, born in Dixon, New Mexico, and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on August 16, 2026. Joe is survived by his children, son, Julian Benavides and wife, Carisa Lee and daughter, Priscilla Benavides; three grandchildren; brothers, Richard Benavides, Ted Benavides, Jerry Benavides, Johnny Benavides; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his wife Irma Benavides and sister, Alice Gallegos. Mr. Benavides served his country proudly in the Untied States Army where he was honorably discharged. Services for Mr. Benavides are pending.
