Johnny is survived by his wife of twenty-eight years, Chastity Nuttall; children, Kayla Nuttall, Johnathan Nuttall and girlfriend, Holly Clark, and, Patrick Nuttall; parents, Johnny and Rachel Nuttall, brother, Lonnie Nuttall, and granddaughter, Ariel Padilla; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
