Josephine Margaret Daiz

Josephine Margaret Diaz, age 93, born in Los Angeles, California and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on June 10, 2026. Mrs. Diaz is survived by her daughter, Anna Vejar; granddaughter, Simone Diaz; great-grandson, Alejandro Diaz; great-great grandson, Keanu Vigil; siblings, Mary Ruiz, Dolores Hernandez, Roy Romero, Martin Romero, Alice Martel, Carmen Serrano, Rose Marie Chavez; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Diaz; daughter, Nellie Diaz; granddaughter, Sarah Diaz. A Rosary will be recited in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at St. Josephs on the Rio Grande Catholic Church 5901 St. Joseph’s Dr. NW with burial to follow services at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery 2957 Arenal Rd SW.
