Lorenza Clorinda Sanchez, age 86, born in Raton, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 3, 2025. Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her children, Michael Sanchez (Carla), Sandra Sanchez (Tom Shaver) and Lorie Jaramillo; grandchildren, Myra Olivas (Jonathan), Christina Sanchez (Freddy Sanchez), Andrew Heavner (Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Azariah, Abijah and Asiyah; brother, George Dominguez; many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Maria De Los Angeles Dominguez, and her husband of fifty-two years, Rudy Sanchez Jr.; brothers, Thomas Dominguez (Zelma), Samuel Dominguez (Lydia); sisters, Josephine Martinez (John), Ursula Grant (Victor), Herminia LeBlanc (Alfonso), Margaret Pfingsten; father and mother in-laws, Rudolph and Emma Sanchez, brother in-law, Richard Sanchez (Cecilia). Visitation will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church 5415 Fortuna Rd NW with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. Final Visitation will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 also at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Michael Sanchez, Tom Shaver, Jonathan Olivas, Freddy Sanchez, Andrew Heavner, and John Dominguez. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations be given to the American Breast Cancer Society.
