Louis Adolfo Tafoya Jr.

Louie Tafoya age 71, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, owner of Tafoya Boiler Service Inc. for 43 years, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Louie was a proud Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, an avid hunter and fisherman, a successful business owner, and a kind loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His kindness touched the hearts of so many people, he will be missed. Louie is survived by his beloved wife Mini, together for 49 years. Children; Marjorie, Kristy and husband Steve, Louie and wife Rebecca, Nikolaus and fiance Jess. Grandchildren; Samantha, Katrina, Allen, Victoria, Elias, Phillip, Vicente, Layla, Tiff, and Bentley. Siblings; Fred Foster, Lenore Tafoya, Robert Tafoya, Louis and wife Peppe Garcia. Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held Monday, September 9, 2024, at 10:30am with a Funeral service to follow at 11:00am, to take place in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel located at 1000 Old Coors Drive SW, 87121. A Private disposition will be held later date.
