Manuel Lucero

Manuel Lucero (Shadow), age 82, a Lifelong resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on April 19, 2021. Mr. Lucero is survived by his five children, Jace Lucero, Kevin Lucero and wife, Michele, Shane Lucero, Cody Lucero and wife, Kaylee, Cory Lucero; Fifteen grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren; nephew, Marcos Lucero; many cousins and friends. Private services will take place at a later date.

Shadow was a wonderful father and an exceptional grandpa. He loved his kids and grand kids to pieces. He had the biggest heart that was made of pure gold. He was quite the feisty old man but his wisdom was like no other. No matter what kind of day you were having, there was no way you could walk out of his house without a smile and laughter. He loved telling jokes and could kick your butt even sittin down. He will forever be imprinted in our minds and hearts. Don’t let a bull hook ya or a hog bite ya Catfish, Here’s to ya partner!
