Marcella (Lena) Garcia, our beloved Mother and Grandmother, passed away on March 2, 2024. Mom was born September 14, 1937, to Joe and Nea Baca. She graduated from Albuquerque, High School in 1957. She married our dad Tranquilino (Kilo) Garcia in 1959. Our dad is no longer with us. They had seven children; Michael, and Johnny who are no longer with us. Mom is survived by her five children and four grandchildren. Deborah and her husband, Anthony, Elaine and her children, Matthew and Isabella, Flora, Jimmy, Robert and wife, Karla and their children, Kitana and Joe. She had three brothers, Bert, Louie, and Rudy Baca. She was the most loving daughter, mother, wife, grandmother, and sister. Her love for her family was unending. She was the most loving, kind, generous and strongest person in the world, with the biggest heart. We are all missing her and will be lost without her. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church 2005 N. Plaza St in Old Town. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to follow the Rosary at 10:00 a.m.
