Margaret Marquez born in Grants, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 3, 2024. Mrs. Marquez is survived by her children, Wesley Marquez and wife, Luz, Raymond Marquez and wife, Theresa., Ruby Marquez, Ivan Marquez, Adrian Marquez and wife, Lydia, Amanda Vigil and husband, Salvador; grandchildren, Carl, Alyssa, Bella, Rayanna, Vanessa, Jazmine, Melissa, Jayson, Adrian, Kevin, Valentina, Marcos, Kyle, Monique, Sammy, Sarah; eighteen great-grandchildren. and numerous extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tomas Marquez; parents, Roman and Frances Sandoval; daughter, Bertha Marquez. Visitation will be held at St. Therese de Avila Catholic Church 500 E. High St. in Grants, New Mexico on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 9:00a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow the services at the Grants Memorial Park Cemetery 500 W. Roosevelt Ave. in Grants. Pallbearers will be, Wesley Marquez, Adrian Marquez, Carl Marquez, Jayson Marquez, Vanessa Marquez, Monique Vigil, and Sammy Vigil.
