Margaret Ortiz

Margaret C. Ortiz, age 90, born in Belen, New Mexico and a resident of Bernalillo, New Mexico, went home to our loving Father in Heaven on October 30, 2021. Margaret is survived by her children, Virginia Velasquez, Veronica Summers and husband, Ken, Viola Gonzales and husband, Fermin, Samson Ortiz and wife, Barbara, Gregory Ortiz and wife, Rose, Richard Ortiz and wife, Valerie, Fabian Ortiz and wife, Maggie, Martin Ortiz and wife, Beverly, Valery Ortiz-Baca and husband, Martin, David Ortiz and fiancée, Patsy, Vivian Henderson and husband, Jeff, Mario Ortiz and wife, Sheila; thirty-two grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; sister, Lydia Barela; brothers, Jose Leon Castillo Jr. and wife, Carol, Louie Castillo and wife, Pam; many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe A. Ortiz. A Visitation for Margaret will be held Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 6:00pm at Incarnation Church and a Rosary to follow at 6:30pm. A Rosary will take place at 10:00am Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Our Lady of Sorrows and a Mass to follow at 10:30am with a Burial to follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her daughters.
