Mary Helen Candelaria, age 80, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019. Helen is survived by her daughter, Nora Garcia; Charlotte Tapia who was like a daughter and husband, Chris Tapia; grandchildren, Leandra Cerno, Mariah Cerno, Demetrius Garcia and Chris Tapia Jr; brothers, Silviano Candelaria Jr. and wife, Francis, Leroy Candelaria and wife, Rita, Carl Candelaria and wife, Bernice and Richard "Rusty" Candelaria; as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A Rosary will be recited on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 8:15 a.m. at St. Joseph on The Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St Josephs Dr NW, Albuquerque NM 87120; with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Private interment will take place at a later date.
