Maximilliano Sanchez Jr., age 86, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and a resident of Belen, New Mexico, passed away on July 6, 2023. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his son Max Sanchez lll; daughter in law, Alicia Padilla, grandchildren, Xan Sanchez Priscilla Casas and husband, Nate, Max Sanchez lV and wife Estephanie; fourteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Rosie Pedrego and Ben Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez Served his country proudly for thirty years and retired Honorably from the United States Navy as Senior Chief Operations Specialist in 1985. He was preceded in death by his brother, Dan Sanchez. Visitation will be held in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 10:30a.m. with a Memorial Service to commence at 11:00a.m. Full Military Honors and gun salute will follow the service. Burial at sea will take place at a later date. In Lou of flowers please make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
