Moses Alexander Chavez, age 74, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 14, 2023. Mr. Chavez is survived by his children, Paul Chavez and wife, Karla, Michele Avila and husband, Larry, Edward Chavez, Elizabeth Chavez; six grandchildren; siblings, Mela Barela, Gloria Herrera; mother of his children, Marcy Martinez. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Robert Chavez. Mr. Chavez served is country proudly in the United States Air Force. Visitation will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church 1400 Arenal Rd SW on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 9:45 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:15 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated by Father Nick at 11:00 a.m. with a Commital Service and Interment to follow Mass at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with military honors promptly at 1:30 p.m.
