Orlando Sanchez

Orlando Sanchez, age 81, born in Belen, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 11, 2026. Orlando is survived by his wife, Lucille Sanchez; children, Daniel P. Sanchez and wife, Maria, Vincent D. Sanchez and wife, Maree, and Joel O. Sanchez; grandchildren Ashley, Nicole, Jordan, Christina, Frances, Alissa, Kassandra, Nickolaus, Kadie, Elijah, Israel, and Gideon; thirteen great-grandchildren; brother, Rex Sanchez; several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Emily Ruth Sanchez-Nieto, his parents Manuel and Stella Sanchez, and granddaughter, Alisha. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. located at 6509 Signal Ave NE Hall A, Albuquerque, NM 87113.
