Priscilla Martinez, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025, at the age of 98. Born in Willard, New Mexico, to Emilia and Alejandro Campos, Priscilla lived a long and meaningful life centered around her faith, her family, and the values she held dear. She is survived by her loving sister, Lola Sisneros; her children Frances Metoyer and husband, Greg, Andrew Martinez and wife, Katie, and Elaine Duran and husband, Gerald; daughter in-law, Velma Martinez; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and friends who will remember her with deep affection. She was preceded in death by her cherished husband, Filiberto Martinez, her son Filiberto Martinez Jr., and her daughter Dolores Herrera. Despite the hardships of loss, Priscilla remained a steady source of strength and love to those around her. A devoted Catholic, Priscilla’s faith was the cornerstone of her life. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved her, and her legacy of faith and devotion will continue to guide her family for generations. Visitation will be held in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2025 , with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025, at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church 8301 Camino San Martin Rd SW at 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. and Interment will follow the Mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Isaac Duran, Flavio Martinez, Jonathan Martinez, Filiberto Martinez lll, Gavin Metoyer, and Rocky Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Christopher Gonzales and Andrew Gonzales.
