Rebecca Griego

Mrs. Rebecca Griego, age 81, Born in San Juan, New Mexico and a Resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on September 17, 2025. Rebecca is survived by her husband of Sixty-One years, Mr. Noberto Griego; children, Ruth Evans and husband Kelvin, Gregory Griego and Rosalie Trujillo, Mark Griego and wife Theresa; brother, Isidro “Sonny” Flores; grandchildren, Zamora Evans, and Grace Evans; sister in-law, Mary Flores; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members. Rebecca is preceded in death by her mother, Aurelia Sais; father, Isidro Flores; sister in-law, Sophie Reno. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 7:45 a.m. with a Rosary will be recited at 8:15 a.m. with a Mass at 9:00 a.m. all will be held at St. Anne’s Catholic Church located at 1400 Arenal Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105 with burial to follow at 2:00pm to the Santa Fe National Cemetery 501 N. Guadalupe St. in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Gregory Griego, Mark Griego, Kelvin Evans, Kenneth Flores, Jonathan Flores, Joseph Flores. Honorary Pallbearers will be Grace Evans, Zamora Evans. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joy Junction, a local homeless family shelter, where Rebecca often gave in support of those in need.
