ESPINOSA, RICARDO, age 93, born in Peralta, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away, April 30, 2014.  Mr. Espinosa is survived by his daughter, Doddie Espinosa de Ortega and husband, Carlos; son, Rickey Espinosa and wife, Christa; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Mr. Espinosa was preceded in death by his wife, Rosalie; daughter, Celina; and granddaughter, Stephanie.  Mr. Espinosa was a member of the Catholic Church, a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church and Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WWII, Company C, 3rd Engineer Combat Battalion. Mr. Espinosa was the proud owner of Ric's Store on Atrisco for thirty-nine years.  He loved Bingo, the Casino, Lobo Basketball, and the L.A. Dodgers.  Visitation will be Sunday, May 4, 2014 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 5:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. by Carlos Ortega.  Final visitation will be Monday, May 5, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Place NE (Lomas and Tennessee) with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Christopher Timm II, Frank Timm, Mike Timm, Michael Timm Jr., Ben Timm, and Patrick Volpert.
