Richard Mirabal

Richard Paul Mirabal, age 56, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and a life long resident of Albuquerque, passed away on August 19, 2020. Richard is survived by his wife of 31 years Bernadette Mirabal; Children, Jacqueline Sedillo, Richard Mirabal Jr and wife Michelle, Cherrelle Fincher, Lucario Mirabal and wife Monique, Dominic Martinez and wife Angelic, Adam Abeyta and wife Katie; Fifteen grandchildren; Mother Rose Mirabal; Siblings Ida Armijo, Johnny Mirabal, Anna Maldonado; Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandchild Baby Fincher, and brother in-law Ernie Maldonado. He attained a career at Sandia National Laboratories, he was a Boxing coach for 30 years, Black belt in Kempo Karate, Founder and member of the Rio Bravo Rodeo Club, and a Mentor for YDI. Pallbearers will be Carlos Armijo, Cameron Lucero, Michael Mirabal, Malichai Mirabal, Johnny Joe Mirabal, Steve Mirabal, And Chris Armijo. Services for Richard Paul Mirabal will be held at a later time, continue to monitor Galabdon Mortuary website for updates on service times and dates.
