Rodney Leo Candelaria

Rodney Leo Candelaria, age 58, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on June 9, 2026. Rodney is survived by his father, Leo Candelaria and Simonita Lucero; son, Gabriel Candelaria and daughter, Samantha Candelaria; siblings, Jeffrey Candelaria and wife, Nancy, Yvette Cordova, Sandy Candelaria and, Roy Sanchez, Leon Candelaria, Deirdre Candelaria-Saavedra and husband, Randy; grandson, Lucas; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dottie Candelaria. Visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church 562 Atrisco Dr. SW at 8:00a.m on Monday, July 20, 2026 with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:00a.m. and burial will follow the services at Pajarito Cemetery located at the intersection of Pajarito Rd. and Coors SW.
