Sophie Garcia

Sophie (Torres) Garcia, age 97, born in Belen, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on December 5, 2021. Mrs. Garcia is survived by her children, Benny Garcia, Bert Garcia and wife, Cynthia, Brenda Garcia and husband, Art; daughter in-law, Catherine Garcia; four grandchildren, Cody Garcia and wife, Mary Jean, Christopher Garcia, Mallory Garcia and partner Maxwell Marquez, Sarah Garcia; four great-grandchildren, Ashanti Contreras, Marayah Contreras, Christopher Garcia and Josiah Garcia; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calistro Garcia. Due to high activity of COVID -19 and restrictions the family is requesting private services.
