Susie Sanchez

Mrs. Suzie Sanchez, age 93, born in Belen, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2020.  Mrs. Sanchez was a passionate mother, loving wife and ardent homemaker.  She will be dearly missed.

Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her husband of 71 years, Adolfo Sanchez; her two daughters, Rita Sampson and Patricia Peters; her grandchildren, Jeremy Sampson and wife Samantha, Seveda Schutten and husband David, Jennifer Salgado and husband Robert,  Tera Walker and husband Richard; her great-grandchildren, Clint Sampson and wife Brittnie, Clay Sampson, Cole Sampson, Stephen Schutten, Daniel Schutten, Kaitlyn Salgado and Jaiden Salgado; her great-great-grandchild, Jackson Adolfo Sampson; her niece Sylvia Maruffi and husband John; her nephew, Danny Garcia and wife Nellie; and many more nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A visitation will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church 8301 Camino San Martin SW with a Mass of Christian burial celebrated at 9:00 a.m.  Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Sampson, John, and David Schutten. Bobby Krause will be an honorary pallbearer
