Theodore "Ted" Padilla

Theodore “Ted” Padilla, age 78, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on September 16, 2025. Ted is survived by his wife of fifty-eight years, Jennie Padilla; sons, Anthony Padilla, Isidro Padilla and wife, Donna and Vincent Padilla; grandchildren, Jacqueline Padilla, Anthony Padilla Jr., Samantha Padilla, Miranda Nixon and husband, Jordan, Kyler Padilla, and Camilo Padilla; great-grandchildren, Anthony Aaron and Xaviera; sister, Cecilia Maestas; his fur babies, Muffin and Biscuit; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents, Teodoro and Olivia Padilla, siblings, Michael Padilla, Rosemary Montoya, and Lillian Picard. Mr. Padilla served his country proudly and was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. Services will be held at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd SW with burial to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery 501 N. Guadalupe St. in Santa Fe, New Mexico where he will receive military honors and be laid to rest.
