                                        LODDY, VIDAL, age 98, born in Lindrith, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014.  Mr. Loddy is survived by his niece, Luisa M. Chavez; nephew, Nigel Montano and wife, Edna; several nieces, nephews, and friends. Mr. Loddy was preceded in death by his wife, Antonia Loddy; son, Charley;nephew, Joe M. Chema Chavez; brothers, Fred Loddy, Bob Loddy, and George (Guy) Loddy; sisters, Rita Brooks, Charlotte Loddy and Emma Loddy.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Patricia Muniz-Roberts. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, June 27, 2014 at St. Edwin Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona SW at 12:00 p.m., Father William Sanchez, presider. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Vincent Chavez, Bruce Chavez, Pierre Arrossa, Carlos Chavez, Joe Montano and Nigel Montano. Honorary pallbearers will be Fabian Montano Jr., Art Aragon, Don Delgado, Raymond Sandoval, Elfego Aranda and Eddie Sanchez. A special thanks to the staff of the Sandra Green's House and Presbyterian Hospice.
