Christine Padilla

d. January 13, 2022

It is with a broken heart and shattered spirit we share that our beloved Christine Marie (Ruiz) Padilla our Proverbs 31 woman was called home to Jesus on Jan 1, 2022, unexpectedly. She was welcomed by her savior with “Well done, well done. My good and faithful one, welcome to the place you belong. My child you have run the race and you are home.” We weren’t ready, but God was. Our only solace is knowing she is in her eternal body without limits rearranging heaven, probably color coordinating galaxies and getting our homes ready for the day we get to see her again. She moved mountains on earth with her glamorous nails and exquisite attention to detail we can only imagine what’s in store. Christine M. (Ruiz) Padilla was gifted to this world on Oct 26, 1958, and ran her race loving God and all life on earth never looking back. She truly lived everyday with thankfulness and kindness. Christine “Chris” blessed everyone she came in contract with for 63 years and never stopped touching lives wherever she went. Her beauty was inside and out, her style and creativity overflowed into everything she touched, her love for the Lord was unshakable. Christine’s radiant smile not only lit up a room, but you couldn’t take your eyes off her eyes, she saw you and loved you just as you were. Her kindness and compassionate for all life was infectious. Christine in her short life held wisdom and faith beyond this world and into the next. If she could envision it she could create it, she made it happen. Christine and Joseph built and designed homes, did landscaping, and created showrooms floors for fun. Every holiday, birthday and anniversary was an over the top event picture perfect created by her own hands. She always had the right words and the best solutions that somehow always fit perfectly together no matter the circumstances and always thanked God for the opportunity to share anything and everything she had with those in need. Her extraordinary work ethic and incredible love for life makes this even harder because she had so much more life to live. Christine was the youngest girl of 17 brothers and sisters who all loved and looked up to her. Christine was and is the most incredible wife, mother, sister, Nonna and friend many people will only read about in books or see on Pinterest. If you were lucky enough to know her you knew what love was and should feel like. She was your secret weapon to overcome any obstacle and the strongest woman you will ever  meet. She listened and spoke very few words, but when she spoke it was truth. She always said “action speaks louder than words, dust yourself off and move!” She was and is our essences of who we are and how we should love and live our lives.  Christine M. Padilla was our everything and we were hers. Our lives are forever changed because she lived and was ours to love.

She was survived and adored by her beloved husband Joseph Padilla her children and grandchildren who she lived for day in and day out. Son Christopher J.
