Edward ”Big Dog” Granado, age 57, born in Tulia, Texas and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on September 13, 2021. Edward is survived by his mother Margaret Granado Vigil; sisters, Felipa Coon and husband, Michael, and Sonya Avila and husband, Martin; niece and sisters, Alexis Marquez and husband, Edward, Victoria Granado Vigil and Reina Granado Vigil; brothers, Arthur Granado and Gilbert Granado; Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Granado; stepfather, Milton Vigil; brother. Raymond Granado. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021 at from 12:00p.m. until 12:30p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW. A Rosary will be recited at 12:30 p.m. with a Funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. interment will follow the service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1400 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Joe Medina, Antonio Trevino, Ray Welch, Phillip Lopez, Brandon Granado, John Thurlow. Honorary Pallbearers will be Raymond Granado, Shelby Granado, and Juan Marquez.
