Emily Castro

Emily (Sanchez) Castro, born in Estancia, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on November 10, 2021. Emily is survived her children, John Chavez, Cynthia Winter and husband, Jeff and Robert Castro and wife, Desiree; daughter in law, Roberta Chavez; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Elisia Sanchez; sister, Vera Chavez son, David Chavez; grandson, Jonanthony . A Visitation for Ms.Castro will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 5:00pm, and a Rosary to be recited to 5:30pm all to be held in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel. A Mass will follow on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 9:00am at Holy Family Catholic Church.
